  This is just awesome...great grip with double notches for hand placement on the metal knarl (there must be a technical description for this.!) .. the balance at seven feet is much better than a six footer. Bought this for a home garage gym and it is definitely the centre piece of kit * on top of which, delivery was outstanding - this is said from not being resident in the UK mainland adds a magnitude of complexity particularly when package is greater than six foot in length. Will always buy from newitts , which reminds me that I had asked our local retailer about getting same bar, a week later - the day this bar was delivered - I got a call from The retailer quoting range of prices, newitts price being low-end of range , Plus then a hefty 20% delivery charge.! :-)
