It's absolutely brilliant. Quick way of changing the weights, which is perfect for BodyPump. The rubber coating on the plates makes them extra comfortable to hold. The bar itself is coated too, which results in a non-slippy, easy grip. I would highly recommend this product.

I've been a gym member for over 15 years and used bars and weights for most of those. This bar is far better than most i've used. Weights are so easy to put on and get off they don't stick at all. The bar itself is really comfortable to hold. Definitely worth the money and a lot less than most bars I was looking at. Great value for money
