  Like these - they are lighter weight than the traditional flat rubber discs, and although they are slightly convex the ball still rolls over them. They are also a lot cheaper than the traditional flat rubber discs. Would purchase again.

  these are great items for use in football training, normal raised cones get under feet and in the way of the ball, but due to the flat design of these, the ball and your feet are clear to play
